My name is Jean-Pascal but I usually go by JP. I'm a 40 year old man born in Belgium from a Belgian mother and Congolese (DRC) father. I am currently based in Barcelona, Spain.

I hold a Master's Degree in Commercial Engineering which led me to various roles over the years working for skincare brands such as Vichy® and Lancôme®, aesthetic treatments like BOTOX®, Juvéderm® and CoolSculpting® as well as cardiac products which I truly hope you never have to deal with.

Working in marketing has taught me that no tactic, be it billboard, working with influencers or discounts can ever compensate for the good word of mouth that satisfied clients will spread on your behalf.

I hated sports growing up. No one in my family did any and when I joined teams or gyms I often felt out of place. It wasn't until I found the right coaches about 5 years ago that I made an enjoyable habit out of it. The same applies to my nutrition, which was once nothing short of outrageous by the way, but I can tell you more about that in person.
